The Inca Trail that connects to Machu Picchu is an Area protected by the Peruvian government, for this reason it has a Regulation to be visited, with a load capacity, per day 500 people porters, cooks, guides and tourists, it is for this reason that the spaces are sold out and requires interested parties and future clients to make their reservations 5 months in advance, especially in the months: April, May, June, July, August and September.

Day 01:

Cusco - Huayllabamba.

We will pick you up from your hotel, in a transport to go to KM 82 (2,650 masl / 8,694 feet) starting point of our trek it is important to present our original passport to control the Inca Trail this day we will visit the archaeological complex of Patallaqta, dry forests , the archaeological site of Willkaracay. Finishing our walk in the community of Huayllabamba, we will take our first camp (3,100 masl / 10,170 feet).

Day 02:

Huayllabamba - Pacaymayu.

After breakfast, we will start walking; this is one of the most difficult days of the Inca Trail. Walking uphill until we reach the Warmiwañuska pass (4,250 masl / 13,828 feet) we will see the imposing peaks of the Vilcanota mountain range, then we will descend to Pacaymayo second camp (3,600 masl / 11,811 feet).

Day 03:

Pacaymayu - Wiñaywayna.

It is the longest day on the Inca Trail, but the most beautiful. We will observe the different ecological levels of the highlands of the place, the cloud forests and the rain forests, as well as all the tourist sites such as Runkurakay (3,760 masl / 12,335 feet), we will continue to the highest pass (3,900) / 12,795 ft.) , where we will have a short rest and then we will descend to the archaeological rest of Sayacmarca at (3,625 masl / 11,893 ft.). Then, we will go to Phuyupatamarka at (3,600 masl / 11,811 feet), resting place to take some photos of the mountains. Continuing down the stairs we will take a path that will take us to our last camp, Wiñaywayna.

Day 04:

Wiñaywayna - Machu Picchu.

Early in the morning, we will have our breakfast. Then, we will pass through the Wiñaywayna control point, where we will present our entrance ticket and then we will walk towards the “Puerta del Sol”, known as “Inti Punku” (2,720 masl / 8,923 feet). To get the first views of Machu Picchu. Leaving our backpacks at the control of the archaeological park of Machu Picchu. We will enter Machu Picchu for a guided tour of approximately 2 hours. Continuing We will take the bus down to the town of "Aguas Calientes", where we will take our return train to the Ollantayambo station and then take our transport to Cusco where we will be dropped off at your hotel.
