Sacred Valley of the Incas

This full day tour takes you spend in time to the Sacred Valley of Incas. Your day will begin in Pisaq. Pisaq is a native town where you can visit the archeological site then the handcrafts market, where you can purchase anything.
On Sunday, the main attraction is the mass celebrated in Quechua and Spanish, attended by the Mayors and their helpers who play traditional musical instruments called "Pututos." Afterwards you'll enjoy a buffet lunch (opcional, doesno’t include) in Urubamba.

 
Then you'll visit the Ollantaytambo Fortress. Its main attraction is the Sun Temple, was used as a fortress during the time of the Inca civil war. After visiting both places you return to Cusco, on the way back you stop for a while in Chinchero for having the last change for shopping. This small town has a very nice market where you can buy a variety of handcrafts made by local person. You arrive in Cusco approximately about 6:30 pm.
